Ghee is prepared by slowly heating butter or cream to remove moisture and milk solids, resulting in a semi-solid, granular fat with rich flavour and high smoke point. We offer both Cow Ghee (pale yellow in colour, softer taste) and Buffalo Ghee(richer texture, whiter tone). Naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E & K, ghee is ideal for traditional cooking, functional foods, and wellness applications.
