Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC) is created through ultrafiltration of fresh skimmed milk, retaining the natural balance of casein and whey. Available in grades MPC 70, 80, and 85, it provides excellent solubility, heat stability, and a clean taste With naturally high calcium and phosphorus, MPC is widely used in UHT beverages, nutritional snacks, and high-protein diets.
